I have already used the home phone page to report no dial tone only crackles and also intermittent broadband. I can't find the page to ask the help assistant about this. All that happens is you go round and round looking for the right page and never find it. Please help me.

Assuming you have reported a phone fault then there is nothing else you need to do other than test the phone using the test socket (the one behind the removable lower section of the master socket)

I haven't reported it as no phone and can't find the right help assistant also my broadband is only working for short periods.
