Need some help re suprise router

HI,
I have just recieved a text to say that my router should arrive tomorrow?  I cannot make calls while at work to phone the help desk.

Could someone please advise if a new router is on it's way or if the text is in relation to ticket 80961981

It seems fine on our end. Are you able to view other websites? Maybe try it in a different browser?

Thank you. That's the fisr time I have seen that info on the ticket.
