Not as yet Harry, just 2 others re Line Saver Rental + New Hardware
Your link has much more content.
BT have already sent e mail re cancellation of my phone service, but not date agreed with yourselves but 2 weeks prior.
Attached copy of this to support ticket now open on this to get sorted.
What's Required:
New phone service not to commence until 4/3 (not 6th) as 2nd Cust Serv call stated that date not poss as a Sunday,
but accepted on initial call when negotiating.
Broadband to continue on from current renewal date on 9/3; perhaps these dates will harmonise in due course.?

When automation adds the phone component, it automatically placed the order for asap (10 working days/2 weeks away) but following the call you made this was amended to the 4th as you requested. As it currently stands, the phone order is committed for the 4th

Harry, still await clarification re Anytime calls package as per my comment on ticket.
Additionally no modified e mail from BT to say they are not discontinuing on 22/2 (copied on ticket) ;I don't want to be without
service from 22nd to 4th March obviously
Hopefully Provisioning have in hand with BT.
