Just had my phone and broadband activated over last few days. Had a problem with getting authentication on the router so I contacted your support team. Spoke to a lovely chap called Matt who explained he couldn't look at my problem straight away as the systems were currently down, he said he'd call me back. Called me back 2 hours later, had tinkered around on his end, talked me through the process of entering usernames and passwords etc and viola, broadband started working. Something to do with the original order not processing correctly, anyway, just wanted to say how happy I am that everything is sorted now and if possible if you could find out which Matt I spoke to and thank him again, he's an asset to your team.
P.S. Already hitting 1.9mbps D/Ls now, my previous speed with Sky was 1.2 at most.
Paul

Hi Paul,
Welcome to the community forums!
Thanks a lot for taking the time to post about that. I'll be able to find out which one of our Matt's you spoke to and I'll make sure he gets thanked and told to keep up the good work.
All the best,
Adam
