Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

I'm trying to fix this atm.  It's a bit, er, weird.
Just as a pointer, you don't need to email a member of senior management every time you need to call us.
That's what we're here for.

OK thanks James - but after the hassle last time he emailed me and said if any more problems at the month end  to let him know - so I did.  Smiley

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

You're probably best off getting in touch with me.
Not that Pete is any less efficient, he just doesn't have the time to read his emails that often and it's basically what I'm paid to do Wink
Btw - Yours here is a strange case, as it looks like one component is overriding another.  I appreciate that doesn't make much sense!  Trying to get it fixed, but it looks like a one off.

His broadband is throttled to 128k when it shouldn't be and that makes it unusable.  So in my opinion he is perfectly entitled to email your senior management.
If your marketing people didn't sell products your system isn't already properly set up to handle then he clearly wouldn't find himself in this position.  Believe it or not senior management are there to make sure major mess ups don't happen and not so that they don't have to be troubled by the mere end users.
In my opinion not enough people usually email the senior management of a company when things go wrong rather than too many doing so.

It's ok - Jame's has it in hand, and in my experience here on the forums, he is one of the best guys at PN towers at sorting problems.

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

@ Capvernell - Appreciate what you're saying, but this is basically a one off issue due to the way that we had set up Mal's account after the initial problems.
@ Mal - It should be fixed now if you reboot your router?

Ted - Yes it is available to existing customers.  Give the CSC a ring and they should be able to sort things out for you.
Chris - 16th Feb.

Re: New Option 1 offer with 10GB allowance

When i spoke to CS about this offer initially they didn't know about it then said it was an offer set up by PN and a third party and signing up could only be done via the third party.  Sorry, can't remember who this was.

True.
You should be able to select the broadband only option from this link.
