Actually you might be surprise to find just how many general technical questions asked in Google produce first page results from this forum. Indeed a certain member of the CRT found answers here, via Google, to a rather nasty problem his mum was having with her service!

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Oh great, another poxy Lithium forum coming up

Why have Plusnet picked a forum software where you cant lock out certain parts of the forum?

Once Lithium forum is up & running please enable all the Kudos, Likes & Thanks buttons so us forum members that are still here can annoy each other with them.

I think he means that not all the forum is open , certain subjects can be locked and only open to Mods .
the same as Most forums i visit NOT everything open to joe public
