New board for PlusNet Mobile

May I suggest a new board (i.e. topic grouping) is set up for Plusnet Mobile?

A new board will appear on the community when Plusnet Mobile is launched.

With respect, people are already talking on her about PlusNet Mobile, so it's already overdue. Why not create it now? What is achieved by waiting until next week?

I'm afraid it isn't my decision to make. I can certainly enquire about it though and see if we can get the board to be visible and ready.

I see your signature says "Have an idea or suggestion that will improve the community? Create a new topic on our Community Feedback board to start a discussion about your idea." You might want to reconsider the value of that.

Because support agents will not be able to answer questions until tomorrow, a decision has been made to not open the mobile board until the day of the launch of Plusnet Mobile.

Will you be moving the topics relating to Plusnet Mobile in to the new board when it is made public?

I will ask the mods to move any existing threads when the board has been enabled.

I just hope that from tomorrow full details will be available, in particular the costs outside of the bundle, and that these will be provided in an easy to understand format.
