New customer feedback

I switched from Virgin to Plusnet and can honestly say I am perfectly happy with their service, a few gliches at first but that was down to openreach not being able to activate my service on the day specified due to my bt line being inactive for over 10 years , the only negative is I personally did not like the router supplied and there's a long wait if you phone customer services at certain times of day ,  but hey my broadband seems reliable at a much reduced cost to that of Virgin Media  Smiley

Thanks for the generally good feedback. There were obviously niggles and some issues but I'm glad they were resolved in a timely manner.
