New customer getting atrocious service

I signed up with Plusnet in June,having become fristrated with BT. We had BTFibre and paid for Plusnet Fibre one month ago. Our new router didn't get posted until I rang to complain after waiting 2 weeks without internet. Router arrived after 4 days, plugged it in and dollowed the instructions but guess what. No internet or phone now.
Tried to call and was on phone for 1hour 45 mins.
Regretting changing now. BT might have been poor but at least we had internet access intermittently .

I'm sorry to hear about the issues your having.
I believe I've fixed the issue but I'll need you to reset the router to confirm.
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
