New to Plusnet

Hi,
I've just migrated over to Plusnet today from BE (who has been bought out by Sky).
The switch from BE broadband to Plusnet FTTC has been excellent and on time.
My 'phone line is due to come over in 2 weeks, so fingers' crossed all should go well (both BT wholesale lines).
Anyway - thanks so far. Your customer support is excellent!

Glad to hear that.  I'm migrating from O2 on Thursday.  Certainly didnt want to be on sky!

I came on line for first time in late Feb & I don't know what I would have done without this forum, they are such a nice group of people, none of the nasty replies I have read on other forums, you would be shocked by what I have stumbled across, even in Nook when I bought one to experiment :o. This lot are so kind & helpful to new folk & tecno-novices as I have learnt to call it (not thick/stupid/daft......just learning) Brill
