No 24*7 technical support for home users via phone?

Is there no 24*7 telephone customer support for home users?
I've been a Force9 (I still find it hard to refer to it as PlusNet!) customer for 18 years and am sure I've had late night support calls in the past, but maybe that was a long time ago.
I support some business customers and I know there is definitely 24*7 phone support for business customers as I have used it in the past, but I'm sure in the past I have also made late night phone calls for myself or friends & family home users that I support.
Have I got it wrong, or have things changed in the last few years?

Until the change there was no 24x7 business support. Calls to the business support number were dealt with by the residential support teams.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

They should bring back the support centre webcam as well, using the webcams and call stats it used to be easy to find the best time to call if there was an issue

Or pay more for the Waitrose (John Lewis) Broadband package run by PN with 24/7 support.
