No broadband, more than two weeks after phone line went live...

I have received a text stating that my phone line went live over two weeks ago, the router has arrived, but still no broadband. Given the fact I switched from Virgin media, due to their inability to install a service at my new address until today (16th Nov), this is mightily frustrating. I would have been on fiber right now. Instead, I'm still waiting for ADSL.
Then, you try and contact someone, phone only, 30min wait! I mean, talk about ridiculous. Who has 30mins to piss around, waiting on the end of a phone? I see mention of a help assistant, which can also raise a question, but absolutely no idea where this feature is. Go to: contact us, and there is a chat option, which is permanently greyed out. Why even have it there if it isn't available? Are you just trolling?
Have to sign up to a forum and hope that someone from the company checks in. Needless to say, you are not doing me proud.

24hrs and no response... Can't say I'm surprised.

It appears the initial broadband order we placed failed.
I've replaced it now and your connection should be up and running by the 23rd.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
