No communication from customer services or fault team on question 115885799

Please give me some information about my issue concerning my internet connection on question 115885799. I have been without a stable (or not all) connection since the 7/12/15. I logged the fault on the 8/12/15 and have not received any contact. Please let me know what is going on.
