No facility to send e-mails to Plusnet?

Not being able to send e-mails to PN* is a pest. As what I want to convey is a bit detailed and my hearing is poor I try to avoid phone calls which seems to be the only option; LiveChat was good but hardly works any more. Things have been shovelled into Community where unpaid helpers do their best, but my issue has personal stuff in it so it's not possible.

*unless I've missed it somehow; everything I've tried ends up at 0800

Disabled, still no LC. I'll give it up for now, maybe try again tomorrow.
