Update on my sorry saga:

I spoke too soon.

Scott @ Plusnet told me he had added unlimited calls to my contract.

Next moth I get another large bill for calls.

I cancelled my Plusnet contract, moved to another provider, paid my "final" account. 

Plusnet then charged me for early termination. Then I get daily threatening text messages re this overdue bill.

Apparently Scott had "kindly" arranged a new contract. 

On 01.10.20, I contacted Plusnet by telephone. They confirmed this was an error and I was actually due a refund.

The threatening messages have stopped, ............. but I am still waiting for the refund. 

I have raised a complaint.
