No usage shown, a common story

Along with numerous others I cannot see my daughter's daily usage, Important to me as she suffers depression and I have a means of telling she is ok.  Phoned Plusnet( half hour wait to be answered) to be tod eventually that Plusnet have SCRAPPED DOING THIS, as accounts are unlimited. Boulder have beebpn nice to have been told in an email.  Also no way of telling in future. TrustPilot has Plusnt rated very very poorly.  I will be leaving this " disservice " shortly.

Re: No usage shown, a common story

@Baz2- Sorry to hear that this has caused problems for you.

I feel that your circumstance is different, as in the legacy days the usage feature was only there to ensure that limits weren't being hit. Nowadays, there's little practical use for it.

For the record, showing usage has not been fully withdrawn, and is definitely not a confirmed company decision. We will be looking for a fix. In the meantime, I'd say that it's probably best not to bank on our usage pages for your issue. Apologies for this.

Re: No usage shown, a common story

Just in case anyone at Plusnet Towers sees this but not the thread I just started in the Fibre Broadband forum, I'd like to add my name to those people who can't see any usage at the moment. 3rd time this has happened this year.

This is probably why you're unable to see any usage at present.

Re: No usage shown, a common story

Thanks, Bob. If you're on the case, then that's good.

I hope the packet loss problems get solved soon (can't say I've noticed any, but I'm not a demanding user (in the sense of needing lots of speed/very low latency). I also trust that the usage meter side-effect is fixed along with the packet loss issue.

Will the packet loss affect Father Christmas?  Should all children be forewarned, and should a team of trained counsellors be standing by just in case? Laugh

Merry Christmas! (If it isn't too early.)

Re: Usage Allowance

Whilst you are messing with the mobiles, it would be nice to have a daily usage of broadband usage.

Re: Usage Allowance

My usage dates are wrong again it now says    Overview for the period 28 August 2016 - 27 September 2016 .

Should be 28 December 2016 - 27 January 2017.

Is anyone else having the same problem.

Re: Usage Allowance

@Mav
In my reply to @Anonymous, I was referring to my Mobile Account usage, as it appeared that the post I was replying to was querying the dates shown on his/her Mobile Account page.

Assuming this was a query directly relating to the Plusnet Mobile service, surely "Help with my Plusnet services/Mobile" was the correct forum to post in?

Re: Usage Allowance

Are you seriously complaining about being undercharged?

Re: Usage Allowance

Just make sure that you pay nothing by 12th January.
