No way to raise a ticket for a query : SMTP timeout - ? service issue

is there an issue with your smtp server at the minute - nothing in service status and my <2mb connection will not support streaming services before you ask re live chat

Live Chat unavailable for the last 20 hours and teh call us button does nothing

still cant send an email with an attachment via plusnet, but can via an online account using thunderbird for both.

xubuntu fully up to date.

Hi drknot,

How big was the attachment you were trying to send and do you have any security software that could potentially block outgoing mail?

We don't have any known problems with SMTP by the way.
