Ben,
Can you tell me how long I have to wait for my MAC code?
I ordered one on Monday, is it likely to be ready tomorrow, or sooner if possible?
I see you have booked an engineer for Saturday, there really is no point as I have decided to leave as mentioned above so please can you cancel the visit.

@A Fox is Evil
I don't have information on the inner workings of DLM, I wish I did 😕
@MikeyM
Your MAC key was requested on the 26th and takes five working days to be generated.
I have cancelled your engineer's visit.

Just to give an update on my broadband now.
Been with o2 for 6 months and my router shows this today
Uptime: 55 days, 23:05:11
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,109 / 3,840
Just shows how bad the DLM was for me.
Been up solid for 55 days and the d/c then was me actually unplugging the router for a holiday.
