I signed up with plusnet following a house move, after experiencing poor customer service with BT.
After speaking to plus net, I decided to go with them, however since then it has been one issue after another.
Account user name and password were set up incorrectly so I couldn't access my account order line, in trying to resolve this the helpline staff were unhelpful, and now a delay in my activation date of another week, despite cancelling appointments so I could be around for the initial date.
In hindsight it seems it was better the devil you know!

I appreciate the response. After further discussions with the helpline, it seems I have no alternative but to wait.
If I had been given this connection date at the outset I would not have transferred.
Shame it wasn't apparent when my order was taken.
