dont get 2 excited jim.......the number of people in the survey, the methodoligies used and the questions asked would make a 12 year old stats student blush

Who was getting exited - you have a very funny idea of what excites me.
The one which caused me to dig further was Utility Warehouse which turns out to be a Discount Club

Although PN has done better than last year ( up 1 place, with an increase in satisfaction by 6%) which is good news, their other brand Madasafish dropped 4 places from last year (10th) to 14th this year, and a decrease in satisfaction of 8%.

Yes true but for bundled service Which gave >>>> 1st Utility Warehouse 79% , 2nd PNet 75%, 3rd O2 73%
