Nothing has gone right since the first day I spoke to a Plusnet salesman.
Failure to install new line
Failure to port my numbers over (now say cannot be done....did not say that at beginning.)
Tried to set up call features online. This did not work.
Raised a case for call features....still nothing.
Calling support continually waiting 20 to 30 mins before getting an answer.
While on hold, waiting, having to listen to Plusnet adverts on the TV in my son's room telling me how good the service and support are.
Now continually getting slow page loads. This problem seems to go away at non peak times so I know the setup is OK.
Come on Plusnet at least sort out the slow page loads and call features.

Hi et,
Sorry to hear of your start. I've taken a look at your account and can see that the phone number you wished to retain is possible due to the number belonging to a different exchange. Apologies if you were informed different, was this at the point of sale?
I'm going to get your call feature issue chased up and update your ticket as soon as I have an update with this.
Regarding your speeds, is this the same on all devices? I can't see any issues with your line.

Hi
All devices slow. Right now down at 5mbs sometimes as low as 1 mbs.
Speeds are always fine in the middle of the night.

@Chris. You wrote
I think you will agree that what you wrote is somewhat misleading.
Quote and can see that the phone number you wished to retain is possible due to the number belonging to a different exchange.

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Ahhh my bad, that should read that it isn't possible to retain the number.
Can you try a PPPoE connection? This will help rule any issues with the router out.
