Plusnet holding up well in the satisfaction rating, but oh dear the average call waiting time!

I wonder what their rating would be if they sorted out the support line.

Don't know about chat because it was unavailable the three occasions I tried earlier this week.

However, I phoned as a result of that and the call was answered straight away by C S..

@Browni and how many times have I seen this over the years? Probably at least once a year for over 10 now! And the times are STILL THE WORST!
