@jab1 maybe only on a regional basis, as when I checked my location this is all I can get 🤓
- 67.3Mb minimum guaranteed speed
- 17 - 18Mb estimated upload speed
- £0 activation fee, was £20
- Broadband only, no phone line required
- Hub Two router included
- Plusnet SafeGuard and Plusnet Protect powered by Norton included
TBH, @Mustrum I was joking - I know what I can get - see my reply to @corringham above.

The strangest thing is, EE can offer me 1.6GB speeds.

So, the question is, if EE can offer me that, why can Plusnet only offer super-slow ADSL? EE use exactly the same infrastructure as PN.

And this morning 'Somethings gone wrong with your account...'. Although I managed to get a screen shot of the BTw checker.

John,
A few thoughts...
- FTTP availability is a very recent addition in you area - it might not yet appear in PlusNet's availability space - we have seen such lags before
- Your FTTC capacity might be full - we have seen BTOR's system report no availability on a full cabinet - not until your existing service is ceased, will the cabinet show spare FTTC capacity
- If the "Something has gone wrong" message is in relation to your previous dead account with Plusnet, then I'm not surprised - you cannot "upgrade" that account - you need to start afresh (then see bullet 2 above!)
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Re: FTTP availability - surely if EE can see the availability, PN also should see it, or are they not as 'merged' as everything else seems to be?
As you can see in the BTw checker FTTC is 'available' - not 'waiting capacity', or whatever the correct term is - I can't remember off the top.
The below is what I am offered as a 'new' customer:

John,
But if you use the address without the 's' then it offers the Full fibre products. It doesn't offer SoGea though....

So it does, @MisterW - I apologise. Must have selected the wrong one.

Too late to add to the previous post, but I've no idea where the PN system got the address without the 's' from - we haven't been in Derbyshire for, at a conservative estimate, 45 years.

I've no idea where the Derbyshire comes from either,
but frok the btw checker that address is the one with a UPRN whereas the one with the 's' doesn't have a UPRN
