Openreach failing to turn up then lying

As an update to this, Openreach were scheduled to come again today but part of their booking system (the bit that sends the details to the engineer) appears to have had the wrong date set.
Appreciate the help from the Plusnet guys on the phone, fingers crossed OR can actually make an appointment at the third time of asking.

Apologies that the date was not today, I can see Philip has confirmed this is set for Monday 13th, which I can confirm is booked in for you.
