Has anyone got a copy of the specification of the PAYG 10GB (now increased to 15GB) special from when it was announced? There's nothing about it in the product archive.

Jelv,
The spec is the same as this with the only difference being a 10gb allowance rather than the 15.

I'd been there and I believe that the special included something different for VoIP. My broadband phone control panel shows "Broadband Phone Evenings & Weekends UK: 2000:00 remaining (offpeak)" which doesn't match up with the 120 minutes in the information you linked. I'm especially interested in knowing if there was a specific price to upgrade VoIP to anytime.

We believed them to be the same so it may be that the spec page is wrong. You've definably got 240 mins per month. Mand is checking something for me so we'll come back to you again when we've looked at what our database says...

Will there be an archive copy of the email sent out announcing the availability of the special deal? I'm guessing there would have been a copy on my closed tickets, but of course you deleted everything going back that far!

Ticket history doesn't go back that far. No matter though we've cracked it, it was a specific surf and talk special offer:
