Yes, an impasse has been reached. It is such a shame. I can't believe I stayed with PN before the BT take over - I remember the days when FTP would not exceed 5kb/s. It was everybody's else's fault except PN's.
Spraxyt, you clearly know more about the process than I, do you work for PN as you refer to ' integrated nature of the processes'?

No I don't work for, nor have I ever worked for Plusnet. I simply read what staff say in the forums (and sometimes query things in restricted forums).
