Over 14 hours errored seconds in 15 hours up time! That is not a healthy line!

Re: PN is a rip off

Are you plugged in to the master socket? Have you compared the stats you get if you do?
What I'd like to see is that same page after being connected for an hour when your router is plugged in to the test socket inside the master socket. We need to make sure that there is nothing inside your house that is causing the errors.

Re: PN is a rip off

Are those stats with the router in the test socket? If so that is very significant, not that you are wireless (or do you have to use wireless when in the test socket because the PC and router are too far apart?).
Can you describe your telephone wiring, extensions etc and everything that's plugged in to a phone socket please.

Re: PN is a rip off

yeah have to use wireless when in the test socket
1 telephone plugged in the test socket with the router and thats it ive changed everything last time and got everything wireless.pulled out the sky pulled out the phone/fax
router normally goes in the other room as said the sync speed was better in there believe it or not lol
filter are on everything and ive got a i plate fitted
thinking maybe i should still leave interleaving off as the ping is around mid and rising then when it was on i was getting mid 40 and rising

Re: PN is a rip off

interleaving is back on
ping is back to being rubbish high 40s and rising
dont know weather leaving the interleaving off was any better?
ill do some speed test and that as the web pages are taking awhile to load up

Re: PN is a rip off

You /PN/BT have to determine why your error seconds are so high. WAN up time is approximately 14 hours and your error seconds is approximately 12 hours. This is not good.

Re: PN is a rip off

Did you reboot the router at the start of this uptime. If you didn't it is possible the error seconds didn't reset - I know mine doesn't

Re: PN is a rip off

web pages still take longer to load up then when i was wireless with interleaving off and am always having to retart pages but have full wireless signal
the error seconds are better
gaming wise is worse with interleaving on alot

Re: PN is a rip off

Interleaving=16!
Why not try a fixed 2Mbps line instead of MAX?
