Anyone else noticed that the sub menus for 'Perks' 'Help' and 'Sign in' have been incorrectly modified
No sub menu on 'Perks'
'Perks' options are under 'Help'
'Help' options are under 'Sign in'
'Sign in' options have disappeared
Fixed! Go to the fix.

To be clear, this is the very top menu for a not signed in user.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That is correct. The same error is also present if you log into your broadband account.

Now they seem to have “fixed” it by deleting “Sign-In” altogether and putting it under “More”. Have PN never heard the adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”?
maybe they don’t want anyone signing in? 😉

It is a really smart responsive layout.
If the options cannot all fit in the viewport, the last space is replaced by "More" and what does not fit goes into the "more" drop-down. It is not broken, it is just darned smart!
