Phone and broadband issues how long for ticket update? !

Typical then one week we really need the service not to fail and it does this week  Embarrassed
48hr how's on and no news on our ticket raised, chat couldn't help.. phones lines 45  min wait and have to use mobile as home phone crackles you can't hear!
was thinking of upgrading to fibre.... Aftersales.. very frustrating,  can you help ticket number100518834

Good morning, you should be hearing something from the ticket team in the next 24 hours, please accept my apologies for the delay in the response. I have however run a test and replied to the ticket you have mentioned. Please follow what the ticket says to ensure your fault is resolved.

Hi jo we are awaiting again  for a reply fromThursday  we have run all the tests tried new equipment. .. This is the worse time we could be without broadband.  please please help as we also want to fibre but need this sorting first!
