Been trying to get my phone fixed openreach turned up on my door step last Friday, without notice (lucky I was home ) left saying it was fixed, but didn't work again by Saturday lunchtime.. getting through to Plusnet had been a trial, Tried chat first they cut me off, then back in queue number 21. Rang Plusnet this morning at 7.30 am when office opens, got a message saying 45 minute wait..HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN THE OFFICE HAS ONLY JUST OPENED. Still waiting for a working phone

Given the perennial long queues on the phones, maybe several dozen other customers were all asking the same question at 7:30 this morning.
