You've got a 2500 profile now, what are your line stats (sync, attenuation, and noise margin)?
Value is not recommended for P2P use, as it is managed quite heavily during peak times.
We can look into the modem being faulty, in which case you wouldn't have to pay for it but you do have deferred setup on your account also which would need to be paid up if you do decide to leave.

Bt have changed my IP profile to 2000, maybe the plus net profile is stuck again, had that issue before.
I sync just now about 2800 , SNR is 12db, and my attenuation is 53.
It looks to me as though basically I have misunderstood the figures, and got confused with the kbs and kBs thing in regard to p2p.
