PlusNET A sham service

 

I pay for fibre and i get peanuts, the lack of service and internet cut outs is ridiculous.

 

you say time and time again. you'll fix but you don't fix [-Censored-]. the lack of Sys Admin experience on your back end you could hire monkeys.

 

This is how its gonna work you can release me from my [-Censored-] little Contract or ill take you to court with sufficient evidence on how crippled and appalling this sham service is. 

 

WORST SERVICE TO EVER COME OUT EVER!!!!!

1 it depends how long you started with your contract, 

2 unfortunate no court will take notice until you do the 9 disciples from the Ombudsman.

 

3. if you just started your contract then like other will have to have some patients without being to stress.

4 you will have to pay the remaining contract for you to go to another service

 

Becareful as I found that the more you mouth off they seemed to get very enouyed no be direct and see how you get on in 8 weeks

 

Hopeful they will sort your problem out.

@PrivateTheGod I can understand frustration, but a post such as this will not get you help - although some staff and customers with patience may respond, there is nothing in your initial post to suggest (a) what your problem is or (b) what steps, if any, you have taken to try and resolve it.

I try to be a customer with patience but did not get further than considering recommending this as a good read: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Control-Stress-Stop-Worrying-Feel/dp/0593056299. I decided that it would probably not be helpful so desisted..

@Baldrick1 Having had two bad bouts of stress-related time off work, and having to take VERY early retirement as a result, I now take everything calmly - don't need a book to tell me how to, although I admit seeing a stress counseller (fortunately for free) after the second episode.

Not very high! I find it quite sad that people come on to this forum just to vent their anger when with a bit of calm explanation their problem could get addressed and maybe resolved.

@Baldrick1 I'd say close to zero! Like you, I find it depressing that people post once, are offered advice and don't have the courtesy to respond. Makes me wonder why I bother sometimes.
