Plusnet 8 month ignore my broadband issue

I paying for broadband 80/20 8 month and I still get only 20/5.Tryed contacting plusnet but no reply.They ignore feedback,call or text msg.Very bad support, highly not recommended this provider.If you dont want help me,than please let me know and cancel this service without fee.Thanks

Your previous fault closed at the end of June/start of July. If you are having problems you'd need to reopen a fault ticket at https://faults.plus.net

So you just closed my fault and you no fix?..great job,excellent support..please cancel my broadband right know without fees.I know that Im not english man but I still paying money for service what you not gave to me.

We asked you for new dates to reschedule an appointment, you didn't reply so the fault timed out.

 

I'm afraid we don't accept cancellation via the forum, you'd need to give our customer options team a call for that.

Im text you back 4 times but you no respond.Tryed call no one pick up phone for one hour when I holding on line.So it is your fault,bad support!!!I will move this čase to my later.Very bad company.I think that brexit made some change, because I see result.

this is really smart..spend 3 hour on phone and no one pick up..Plusnet just waist my time..like I said bad support..and who will pay my phone bill?..paying for broadband money,service is poor and extra money for phone..worste provider on world..Plusnet looking only for own profit..dont care customer feeling...not recommended that is all..bad,bad,bad company

How are you testing, wired or WiFi? What are your sync speeds?

Calls to PlusNet are Free, so why would you need someone to pay? They are not three hours to answer.

If you can explain your problem in some detail, people may be able to help you.

tested by wired,no idea what is sync speed and hot to check it.Im not engineer.Not my job.I paying for 80/20 and if plusnet not able give to me this speed why offer this?And you have right Im not waiting 3 hours on phone but I waiting 3 times per hour.After one hour automatically my call plusnet cancel...so I dont understand how contact plusnet.Why plusnet dont call me?..I know why, because plusnet dont care customer.

ok so if I get max 20/5 why I need pay for package 80/20..?Plusnet said when I checked postcode and engineer is well that I can get max 70/16...So why plusnet laying customers?This is really waist of my time...bad but really bad company!!!!Just I ll be counting days to end of my contract..

Strat is a customer, not a member of staff.

 

I posted earlier in the thread advising that you need to report a fault, this hasn't been done yet. Please do so if you'd like us to help get the issue resolved.
