Had quite an involving dispute with Madasafish due to their continuous ineptitude.  This has go on since January.  - Spoke to [removed] at Plusnet Accounts today and she has resolved it in ten minutes
So this isn't really to kick Madasafish (although they deserve it) but to Thank [removed]
