Re: Plusnet Assist

Chris
As you may remember,
When I enquired about it a few months ago, I was told NO it WILL NOT be pulled,
Therefore
I was putting it into perspective of the usual spiel, we have kept hearing, so many times, with what appears to be false promises,  like hearing from the Boss man since DEC 2013

Unfortunately, no, I don't remember that.
I can't remember offering for you to hear from 'the boss man'?
The Customer Relations Team are here for you to interact with if you need anything.

Re: Plusnet Assist

You didn't just promise me that we would hear from the Boss man, it was promised to us all via the forum, that we would have feedback, so yes That is still hearing from the Boss man, albeit via DCT
You are forgetting this thread & similar threads that were made / raised
Nearly 12 months on & still no promise kept
Tell me,
How long does it take to speak to your CEO to feed him, updates / CEO feedbacks updates via DCT / DCT feedbacks to forum as promised ?Huh
& please no more of the unnecessary spiel about
Quote from: Chris
I'm not in a position to provide dates/times of when any such conversations will be held or with the relevant people.
We'll take the feedback on board though and I'll continue to push on this so that we come back to you with something.

as we have heard these so - called promises before (time & time again)
One could make an appointment in the CEO's diary, make us aware that one has an appointment, on such a date, then update the forum thereafter Wink

Re: Plusnet Assist

TORPC, I'm going to leave this conversation here I think.

As you say in your signature, honest is the best policy which is why I've said what you have quoted me saying. If I'm honest, I really do not appreciate your attitude. there are ways of getting your point across and I'm afraid, in this instance, I'm not going to reply any further.
I will let the Customer Relations Team comment further where necessary.

Re: Plusnet Assist

Thank for proving that you would not be prepared to discuss this further as before, it really means a lot tbh
I now feel hurt  Cry , by your insinuation, & do not like the fact, that you think I am, having an attitude, & you wish to no longer discuss the truth
If asking with a sincerity of Please & also providing a wink, is giving attitude, I would not like to see, what you would class a no please & no wink, as.
If the truth hurts, & forces you not to want to answer, then that says it all, & clearly shows negativity in PN Towers
Please bear in mind & be advised, that my post(s) are not giving attitude in any way shape or form, they are just emphasising, on the state of play that was never delivered
If we were talking face to face it would be more like friendly banter in the pub (for example)
As predicted since we have been here before, with you, clearly not wanting to answer the truth, I think all has been said, & we should leave it there, before you incriminate yourself further,& try to slander my character, albeit I can assure you, I have no attitude towards you, however you so clearly think I do.
