What is anyone's experience of trying to get through to customer services? I have tried 4 times at different times of day but kept on hold for more than 22 mins each time - lose the will to live and just hang up. If I stay on the call what is the typical wait time?

43 mins, 51 mins, 46 mins, 31 mins & 34 mins. and guess what. They still didn’t resolve my problem.
