Plusnet Premium Estimated line speed

At the start of this month i switched from a monthly contract to Plusnet Premium.  Before i was getting a stable 6.5mbps but now i am only getting around 1.8mbps.  My current line speed has dropped from 7150 to 2000.  Is this normal when switching or will i now onlt get these speeds?  If so  i wish i had not switched over.
I did a check at http://speedtester.bt.com/ and these were the results.  Seems i should be getting faster than i am currently getting..

Come on Strat, do you really need to ask? We both know it will be 2000!

Re: Plusnet Premium Estimated line speed

Indeed the profile had dropped to 2000 due to a problem we are investigating during the account change. I've upped this to 7150 to match the BT IP Profile.

@mPH
If your speeds haven't returned you may need to disconnect/reconnect.
