Come on Plusnet, please catch up.
From 1st July 2015 Freephone numbers have been free to call from UK mobiles - surely a company in the telecoms business is aware of this: http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/news/simpler-call-charges/
But, if you can find it, the telephone numbers on the Plusnet website seem to ignore this:
https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/
People on basic pay as you go (or anyone who has used up their inclusive minutes) will be charged for calling the suggested 0345 or 0330 numbers!
With long call waiting times for customer support this could potentially cost someone a fair bit.

Quote Freephone will mean free
Also as part of UK Calling, from the start of next month Freephone numbers (beginning 0800 and 0808) will become free for consumers to call from mobile phones, just as they generally are from landlines.

I flagged this up on the 14th August in this thread. https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,142735.0.html
HarryB needs to get a bigger stick and start hitting people to get them to make those changes. I have also informed OFCOM of this too.
