Plusnet can't be bothered to show my internet usage

I encountered the wonderful world of Plusnet "support" - via typing into a text box.
I haven't been getting any breakdown of my internet usage for the last week, so I thought I would try their much vaunted customer support ...
It seems that they can't be bothered to deal with it on the grounds that they can't charge extra, even if I download the entire internet.
On their follow-up survey, not unsurprisingly, I rated them exceptionally bad at Customer Support.

Actually, I was surprised to find that it was fixed on Monday morning!
Although I have to admit that this coincided with the start of a new account month...
Anyway, I've responded to their ticket (yes, they still raise tickets).

Quote Problem appears to be solved as from Monday morning.
However, the original CSC Analyst said to me that "The problem would be fixed - if possible"
This lackadaisical attitude is very unprofessional.
Since the problem has been resolved, I'm happy for you to close this ticket.
