Plusnet customer service pathetic...

I am been with Plusnet from Sep. 2010 and am fed up with the dreadful customer service, slow network connection, connection drop-offs, over charges and many many more. I hope my email encourages people to leave Plusnet for good and never bother to come back here. Really shame to those who award these type of companies. Totally misleading...

Without specifics that's a pretty pointless post.
In all probability two of your complaints are down to BT not Plusnet.

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from PN customer services, they are always quick to respond, polite, and know their stuff.
I am delighted to have joined PN.  Grin

I've never regretted my move, in July 2007, from Pipex to Plusnet  Smiley

On the strength of a non-specific first-time post? Not a chance!
Every ISP has some unhappy customers. If you could be a little more specific about your problems, there's a wealth of experience and help from other customers, and PN staff, available here on the forums.
A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine

I have been with PN for 4 years and have always had great service from them.  I have found them to be the best ISP I have used.  If things are as bad as the OP states then perhaps he should move elsewhere.

I'm another PN happy chappy. Been here for over 5 years and always experienced  excellent customer service.
I'd previously been with 4 other ISPs , none of which came anywhere near PN's standards.

i have been with PN 7 month now  Smiley not the best support but they do get things resolved pretty quick, especially if posted here .

Jay73, looks like you have to say exactly what's up, otherwise they're all flooding in to say how good PN is. This is going to make you  pretty angry (would me) as you have the opposite experience. So, tell us what went wrong and when.

He may not be a troll but users of most forums become suspicious when someone registers late at night, makes one attacking post, and hasn't visited the forum since then.

I suggest you go away and look up the meaning of the word " Troll " A lot of die hard PN customers here defending them In denial that the Original Poster has had a dreadful experience ( Which happens all the time with any ISP ") REMEMBER THAT
jay73 I hope you revisit this thread with an more detailed explanation of what has went wrong and I am sure the Plusnet staff will go out of their way to help resolve  any Issues you have.
Edit, That Is If you seek help? If not then on face value this thread Is as jelv pointed out earlier, Pretty pointless.
