Perhaps he's had what he thinks is a better deal elsewhere and is trying to build a case for being released from his PN contract early at no cost.
He'd be better served if he took it up directly with PN via Help Assistant Ticket, why come on a public forum and moan, is he trying to gain sympathy ?
At 9 months in he must have had contact with them about his ongoing problems.
As I've said before, I think PN & it's CS is excellent.

Answer, This Is a feedback forum Isn't It? OK not terrific feedback but lets just leave the thread alone until the OP returns. Also the forum Is a good place to come when your In despair and help Is required when all other means are exhausted.

I lost the internet connection on my home phone line on Saturday, phones still work. Contacted support and was answered within in 2 minutes, very helpfull response and all pointed to faulty BT line, as I suspected.
Excellent service on this occasaion and I have had no proplems or complaints with this provider since I switched from BT
