I was looking through the Plusnet help email guide and discovered a broken hyperlink.
I'm highlighting this for the attention of Plusnet staff to make the necessary correction to use the suggested URL ?.
Perhaps a Superuser can 'escalate' this for the attention of the relevant department ?

Clicking on the Thunderbird link goes to a "Page Not Found" -
I've had a quick look for an alternative page describing manual setup for Mozilla Thunderbird and found this -

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
