welcome to full fibre guide, its broken

Upgrading to full fibre tomorrow

Clicked a link on the email to look at the Welcome to Full Fibre Guide and it says 

Your publisher payment $43,336 is due 

Please pay the dues ti avoid system shutdown

I think its broken, or someone owes some money....luckily i know what I'm doing

I know it is an old thread but perhaps someone can fixed the Guide to Fibre link as that isn't working...

Yes, its still not working. It keeps saying "You are not connected to the internet" when I most definitely am.

How do I get hold of this booklet?
