Rubbish customer service
Rubbish broadband
And over priced
I would love nothing more than to leave if I could afford to cut it off they are no help and lie do not trust plusnet 👎👎👎👎👎

I am happy here but will admit Support is going down hill and getting fed up with Plusnet,s empty promises
we will get there in time

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I am not and as far as I am concerned they aren't over priced and as the broadband problems are usually caused by either the wires to the home or internal to the property that would be the same for virtually all providers
I would agree that support has gone badly downhill and has been drifting down for a long time

Although I'm on the mobile side I've nothing but praise for the service (as long as you're aware of the limitations) and had nothing but good service from their CS.

Most of the established users on this forum would agree that customer service standards have been steadily deteriorating for quite a while now, but would take issue about the product being overpriced.
Broadband performance is on a par with almost any other ISP that is largely reliant on Openreach and the BT network.
One of the good things about Plusnet is this forum, which is frequented by some very knowledgable and helpful customers. Plusnet staff also contribute.
If you have "rubbish broadband" then it's likely due to a fault, equipment configuration, or something else which can be fixed. Give us some details about your problem and it can probably be sorted.
