I guess that the comment was far too subtle for you to work it out on your own. So I will spell it out for you ... what a lot of self centre hot air over a first-world problem easily resolved just by you visiting your bank - what a shame we cannot fix real problems so easily. You've got your refund, you are leaving - just go bank it and enjoy it.
As for my views on the NHS (which are not relevant to the topic), the NHS has more than enough money - they just need to stop paying 100s of executives £100ks salaries (some on over £1k per day) and there would be more than enough money for nurses and beds.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
