Plusnet site takes you round in circles

I'm on the page https://portal.plus.net/apps/account/change/462****/CurrentAccount (have blanked out part of the number in case it should not be public) -- it is the "review current products" page.
Below the main panel is a link "Raise a Ticket if you'd like to change your hardware" which goes to http://www.plus.net/wizard/index.html
This is a general page, most of which has nothing whatsoever to do with changing hardware.
Feedback: That's Very Bad!. A link for a specific purpose needs to go to a page which is wholly or mainly about the subject of the link, not a general page that's about nothing in particular, forcing users to hunt around and guess which link to follow next. Clearly, if any link on that page was the answer to the problem, then it could have skipped that page and gone to the correct page first off.
But then it gets even worse ... the page doesn't explicitly cover hardware changes. The most likely link there is I'd like to change my broadband / phone package -- but that takes me back to the page where I started.
Suggestion: The "change your hardware" link on the "review current products" page should go to a page which lists the available hardware, full specifications and associated costs (I've so far not been able to find such a page) and contains a specific and obvious link to request the change.

Yes, providing that top-level link is confusing. From there I'd be inclined to choose Customer Services and then Other which goes to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22948&wizard_id=38.
However to order new hardware, what I did, and what Jess advises, is

Hi there,
If you're looking to order a new router then the post above has the details in there, I certainly appreciate what you state in your post as you didn't get to where you thought you were being directed too. We'll  certainly take this onboard.
