Plusnet starting to get bad reputation just like all the rest of them
Had THREE unwanted calls from Plusnet customer services now. 
When are you going to understand that when a potential customer states that they don't want to be contacted, they mean THEY DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED?
Put me off joining Plusnet now.
I was less than complimentary (but not actually rude) about the offers made by their COT Team.
They sent me an HTML email labelled "Customer Feedback" which contained a link which took me to a web site entitled http://www.rantandrave.com/customer-feedback-solution
