Plusnet..up your game

Just noticed on your 'Switch to plusnet see how we compare' section you have compared your self to AOL, Tiscal and TalkTalk...three of the lowest scorers in the Which? ISP survey and very poor companies in general.
AOL even earned themselves a 'dont buy' award..
Come on...your better than that!

Are you referring to our pricing model?  If so, then I wouldn't be too worried.
We don't plan on letting our standards of customer service and so on, to drop.

I wasnt refering to plusnets standards as such...just the fact that you were comparing plusnet against a pile of crap like AOL and Tiscali etc..notriously bad providers.
As a rough guide, on the last Which? survey PN are up there with Waitrose on 64%
AOL...36% is the best they can manage
Orange...31%
Talktalk 47%
Tiscali...41%

We get a lot of people migrating in from these providers though so it makes sense to offer the comparison.
