Plusnet you are as bad as BT

Moved to plusnet on the recommendation of a friend and now wish i stayed with BT.
Should have gone live with Phone and broad band Last Friday Thursday came and no router so after a 30min wait got through to be told "could'nt find where it was " so would send another-- but your BT router will work.
To cut a long story short after over three hours, two wasted days on the phone and still no Broad band and not knowing when i'm going to get it ---------they have until Friday at 09.00hrs then i will cancel the contact and go somewhere else.
As a new customer Plusnet ---------YOU STINK--- i thought BT was bad but at least i got Broadband-------------WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AS BADLY ?

you do realise plusnet is owned by BT.

I've contacted our suppliers who have advised the order should be completed in 48 hours.
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
