Have used most of the top hitters , the list so far are Zen , Newnet , Clara, and Talktalk (oops) .
Have to say Plusnet all round value is the best I have used to date , ok Zen and Newnet dont have throttle shaping and the speeds were a little faster not by much , but Plusnet give me 60GB per month and line rental for less than I was paying for broadband only with 10GB .
